近日，康德教育集团公告称从即日起，康德教育集团正式接办宏信教育旗下成都大邑宏文外国语学校和成都大邑县安仁宏文外国语培训学校，康德教育集团将全面统筹学校的管理及运营。

兹宣布，康德教育集团自本联合公告发布之日起正式接办宏信教育旗下成都市大邑宏文外国语学校和成都大邑县安仁宏文外国语培训学校，康德教育集团将全面统筹学校的管理及运营。

We hereby announce that Cogdel Education Group will officially and fully take over the management and operation of Chengdu Hongwen Foreign Language Training School and Chengdu Hongwen Foreign Language School (hereinafter referred to as the School) with immediate effect.

宏信教育以服务社会为己任，本着从学校可持续发展的战略方向出发，在学校办学十周年之际，经详细研判，决定选择在中国国际教育业界实力与口碑均得到公认的康德教育集团作为学校的未来“领航人”，为学校的进一步发展注入新的生机与活力。

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the school, Horizon Education, serving the society as its own responsibility and considering the long-term strategic development of the school, decided to transfer management and operation rights to the Cogdel Education Group, which is recognized for its excellent reputation in China’s international education industry, to inject new energy and vitality into the further educational development and advancement of the school.

康德教育集团自1997年成立以来，专注并深耕国际教育领域二十余年，创建并运营了国内15所知名中学国际部，积累了丰富的办学经验和突出的办学成果。截止目前，康德教育集团直接管理和支持着8个中学国际部及国际交流中心的教育教学，创办并运营着1所康礼K-12国际化学校、1所康礼高中及1所康礼幼儿园。

Since its establishment in 1997, Cogdel Education Group has focused on international education for more than 20 years, and has founded and operated the many famous international departments of over 15 domestic high schools across China. Up to now, Cogdel China has directly operated and supported many high school international departments and international exchange centers. Cogdel currently has a total of eight institutions, and has founded and operated one Cogdel Cranleigh K-12 International School, and one Cogdel Cranleigh High School and one Cogdel New Horizon Kindergarten school.

经深度研究与考察，康德教育集团决定吸纳成都大邑县安仁宏文外国语培训学校和成都市大邑宏文外国语学校到康德教育集团的大家庭，将学校开拓发展为继长沙康礼·克雷格学校、武汉康礼高级高中后，康德教育集团在中国大陆的第三所独立办学的校区。康德教育集团将为学校注入更为丰富的教学资源、打通多国别多维度的升学通道、提供更符合国际学校标准的后勤保障，努力将学校打造成为一个融汇中西、特色引领的非营利12年一贯制国际化品牌学校。

After serious consideration and months’s of deep thoughtful research, Cogdel Education Group has decided to bring the School into its large family. Cogdel will expand the school to become the third independent campus of Cogdel, after Cogdel Cranleign School Changsha, and Cogdel Cranleign High School Wuhan. Cogdel will support and provide abundant teaching sources for the school, and optimize the students ‘counselling service, teaching and learning, plus improve the quality of dining and security in line with international school standards, endeavoring to make the school become a non-profit 12-year international brand school that integrates both Chinese and Western features for many future successful years ahead.
